Shipping & Delivery Policy

Fabric Square is a fully online, subscription-based business management and ERP software platform for fabric, apparel and rental businesses. All products and features are digital services accessed over the internet through your web browser. There are no physical products, and therefore nothing is packaged, couriered or shipped to a physical address.

Access to the Service is provisioned electronically to the account you create during sign-up. Once your account is registered and your subscription payment is successfully processed, the corresponding plan features are unlocked on your account and made available to you online. You access the Service by signing in with your registered email address and password.

Delivery of digital access is immediate. In the ordinary course, your subscription and its features are activated automatically as soon as payment is confirmed by our authorised payment gateway partner. If a payment is held for verification, access is enabled promptly once the payment is confirmed. New organisations may also start with a free trial of up to 14 days, which is activated instantly at onboarding without any payment.

Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping, handling or delivery charges apply to any purchase. The price you pay is the subscription fee for your chosen plan and billing cycle, in Indian Rupees, as displayed at checkout.

The Service is hosted in the cloud and is available on demand, subject to scheduled maintenance, updates and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Any planned downtime is handled in line with our Terms & Conditions.

If your subscription has been paid for but you are unable to access the corresponding features, or you do not receive your account activation, please contact us using the details below and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
