Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your Fabric Square subscription at any time. This policy explains how to cancel, when the cancellation takes effect, what happens to your access and data afterwards, and how a refund for an unused period is handled. It should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You can cancel in either of these ways:

• In-app: open the billing section of your account and choose to cancel or not renew your subscription.
• By email: write to support@fabricsquare.in from your registered email address, including your organisation name, and we will action the cancellation and confirm it.

Cancellation stops any future renewal of your subscription. Because each billing cycle is charged as a one-time payment — with no recurring mandate or auto-debit instruction on file — there is no standing authorisation to cancel; you simply will not be billed for a further cycle.

Unless you request a refund that ends access earlier, your paid features remain available until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. If you take a 7-day cooling-off refund or a prorated refund of the unused portion, paid access ends when that refund is processed.

Your subscription is a plan plus the optional business modules you selected. You can remove a module — for example Sales & Purchase or Tailoring — from the billing section of your account without cancelling the subscription itself. Doing so reduces what you pay from the point the change takes effect and is prorated against the unused remainder of your current cycle; the rest of your subscription continues uninterrupted.

You lose access to that module's features when it is removed. The data you entered through it is retained under our Privacy Policy and becomes accessible again if you add the module back. Full details of how module changes are priced are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Within 7 days of your first paid activation, you may cancel for a full refund (cooling-off period).
• After the cooling-off period, you may cancel and request a prorated refund of the unused portion of your current paid cycle.

If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, the trial simply ends and no charge is made. You are never billed automatically at the end of a trial — you choose whether to subscribe.

Your data is retained in line with our Privacy Policy. You can export your data while your subscription is active. When your data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised in accordance with our retention practices.
