Paid features pause until you choose a plan and pay for a billing cycle. Your data is kept safe and unlocks again the moment you subscribe — nothing is deleted when a trial ends.

No. Each billing cycle is a one-time payment you make when you subscribe or renew. There is no standing auto-debit instruction or recurring mandate on file.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateway providers. Fabric Square does not store card or banking information.

No. Card and bank details are entered directly with the payment gateway provider. Fabric Square never sees or stores your full card number, CVV or banking passwords.

The features are identical. Yearly billing is charged once for the year and saves you roughly 20% compared with paying month by month.

The plan price covers the core product — your team, attendance, leave and payroll, customers, cash register, expenses, reports, role-based access and support. Two business modules are optional and priced separately. Sales & Purchase, ₹400/month: Sales invoices, sales returns, purchases, purchase returns, purchase orders, suppliers and low-stock alerts. Tailoring, ₹200/month: Customer measurements and stitching job tracking. Module prices are the same on every plan, and you pick the ones you want when you subscribe.

₹599 per month, or ₹5,990 per year, on top of your plan. That includes 1,500 notification messages every month. Past that allowance, extra notification messages are ₹0.40 each, and promotional broadcasts use prepaid credits at ₹2.50 each. The add-on is optional and can be cancelled without affecting your plan. Note that the yearly discount on plans and modules does not apply to this add-on — its yearly price is the figure quoted here.

Yes. You can change your modules from the billing section at any time. The change is prorated against the remainder of your current cycle, so you only pay for what you use.

Yes. You can cancel in-app or by emailing support. Because there is no mandate, cancelling simply stops any future renewal — nothing is auto-charged.

New subscribers get a full refund within a 7-day cooling-off window. After that, cancelling qualifies for a prorated refund of the unused portion of the paid cycle.

The billing cycle is simply not activated and no charge is taken. You can retry anytime. Access to paid features may be limited until the current cycle is paid.

When a paid cycle ends without renewal, paid features are locked but your data is kept safe and is never deleted for non-payment. The moment you renew by paying for a new cycle, full access to your plan is restored immediately.

Yes. Every price shown is in Indian Rupees (INR) and already includes tax — nothing is added at checkout. The one thing that changes the amount is your own selection: the total you pay is your plan price plus the business modules you choose, which is exactly the figure the plan builder shows before you sign up.
